SITE ADMINISTRATOR PART TIME TEMPORARY 5 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT SALTEND, HULL We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to manage all aspects of administration for a Civil Engineering project in Saltend, near Hull. This role is working in a live site environment where we are completing a heavy civil engineering contract comprising of earthworks, piling, reinforced concrete structures, paving, & drainage. The Administrator will work 16 hours per week over 4 days (ideally Monday Thursday), and the working hours can be either 09:00 13:00 or 10:00 - 14:00 or 11:00 15:00 each day to suit the individual. Duties include but are not limited to: Opening and distributing incoming post & emails Photocopying/scanning/printing Welcoming visitors Answering calls/emails Coordinating deliveries to site Managing invoices and receipts Completing labour timesheets Uploading documents to our in-house system and to external portals Stationary & materials orders Updating spreadsheets Various adhoc administration duties as required Skills/Background: Strong IT skills, specifically knowledge of Microsoft Applications Experience of working within construction would be beneficial but not essential Benefits: Our company benefits package includes; 32 days annual leave (including bank holidays) pro rata Free onsite parking 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme Discounted corporate gym membership About Trant: Trant Engineering has a long history of engineering and construction excellence, delivering high quality EPC engineering and construction services throughout the UK and overseas.
