We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join a dynamic and growing business with a global footprint. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the financial planning and analysis function, working closely with stakeholders at all levels to deliver accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across the business. You'll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while also acting as a trusted business partner to support commercial decision-making.
We're not expecting you to be an industry expert - just someone with a curious mind, a collaborative attitude, and a passion for delivering clear financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Budgeting and Forecasting
* Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process
* Own the 3-year strategic financial planning model
* Deliver forecast updates across multiple outputs and present to senior leadership
* Support board reporting and financial covenant tracking
Reporting
* Manage internal reporting processes across the business
* Oversee reporting deliverables for a key global brand partner
* Collaborate with the Data Team to ensure alignment of financial outputs
Business Partnering
* Be the go-to finance contact for functions across the business
* Drive forecast accuracy and cost control
* Provide insight into operating costs and overheads
* Consolidate financial and operational data to present clear insights to leadership
About You
* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
* At least 2 years post-qualification experience
* Strong commercial acumen with a collaborative, business partnering mindset
* Excellent communicator with strong analytical and organisational skills
* Experience in FMCG, supply chain, or retail sectors is a plus (but not essential)
