We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Livingston. This is a part-time role (20 hours a week) in the afternoon hours - 1pm to 5pm.
Your tasks:
* Ensure the professional and timely processing of customer orders in SAP Business One including but not limited to internal and external clarifications, invoicing, processing shipments including creation of shipping documents.
* Planning of shipments.
* Liaising with customers during the entire process.
* Management of customer digital platforms.
* Cooperation between internal group entities.
* Responsible for managing the department mailbox.
Our expectations:
* You have experience in order processing or logistics within a manufacturing setting preferably.
* Experience using SAP Business One, would be advantageous.
* You have a proven track record of customer service experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Professional manner when dealing with internal and external customers via phone or email.
* You must be organised, reliable and diligent with strong focus on accuracy.
* Excellent team player but have the ability to work using own initiative.
* Able to understand and follow corporate company processes and procedures.
