Job Description:
Job Title: Online Trading Coordinator
Primary Purpose:
To support the daily operations of Brand.co.uk, ensuring the smooth execution of online sales, content updates, product launches, and promotional activity. This role helps deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving e-commerce performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Reporting:
* Monitor and report on website performance, support post-campaign analysis, and provide insights into promotions and product performance.
Website Management:
* Manage CMS updates, product listings, and promotional implementation. Ensure all site changes are tested and aligned with brand goals. Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and site functionality.
Content and Marketing Support:
* Maintain the website content calendar, support CRM and affiliate marketing activities, and contribute to SEO and PPC strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
Stock Coordination:
* Support product launch readiness, manage sample stock allocations, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure stock availability aligns with marketing schedules.
Projects and Initiatives:
* Assist with new product launches, seasonal campaigns, affiliate marketing expansion, and initiatives to improve the online customer experience.
Requirements:
* Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, ideally within retail
* Proficiency in Excel, CMS tools, and Google Analytics
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing
* Proactive mindset with strong commercial awareness and attention to customer experience
