Booking Administrator- Scheduler – Banstead Office
£20,000–£25,000 per annum (DOE & age) | Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 hours per week between 7:30 am – 5:30 pm

Based at our friendly and professional Banstead office, you’ll be the crucial link between our engineers, clients, and daily scheduling operations. If you’re a natural multitasker with a calm, can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
* Scheduling appointments and ensuring effective diary management
* Updating and managing scheduling software or internal systems
* Handling client calls for bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and changes
* Sending appointment reminders and managing follow-ups
* Resolving scheduling conflicts and finding efficient solutions on the go
What you’ll need:
We’ll provide full training, but we’re looking for someone who brings:
* Excellent communication and telephone skills
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* A proactive attitude andthe ability to work under pressure
* Good standard of English and Maths
* Confidence using computers and digital scheduling tools
* A calm, problem-solving mindset—even when the schedule gets tight

* Salary: £20,000–£25,000 depending on experience and age
* Hours: 40 hours per week (within 7:30 am–5:30 pm, Mon–Fri)
* Location: Office-based in Banstead
