Join a leading global organisation in Chester as a Customer Service Administrator, supporting B2B customers across multiple brands. You'll be part of a fast-paced, friendly team providing first-class service via calls, live chat and email.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for all B2B customer enquiries
* Manage high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and live chats
* Log and maintain accurate data within the CRM system (Salesforce experience is a plus)
* Provide Level 1 support and escalate complex issues appropriately
* Confidently discuss product ranges across multiple brands
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries efficiently
* Handle and record complaints in line with company and regulatory standards
* Meet and exceed KPIs and service targets
* Support customers with system training or product queries
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience
About You
* Previous call centre or contact centre experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
* Ability to multitask and update CRM records during calls
* Experience managing cases and resolving issues
* Positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service
* Desire to learn and continuously improve
