Overview
We are currently looking for a passionate and customer focused Reception Manager to lead our team of friendly Receptionists. The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible. As our Reception Manager you will be responsible for the effective running of the front office, managing the team of receptionists to ensure all duties are completed to a high standard. We are looking for someone who loves to make guests smile everyday with high standards and great attention to detail. Communication is key, you will be required to maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel.
Responsibilities
* Ensure the front office operates efficiently with high standards of service.
* Lead and manage the team of receptionists to ensure all duties are completed to a high standard.
* Maintain constant channels of communication with all hotel departments.
Qualifications
* Experience of working as a Reception Manager or within a similar role is essential.
* Knowledge of Opera Fidelio is required.
