The Role:
What to Expect:
* T-Trak development and support including desktop risk assessments for upselling opportunities both new and existing customers.
* Develop personalised outreach strategies for existing customers based on their historical data and preferences.
* Review group-wide data to conduct in-depth analysis of T-Trak reports and data to identify emerging trends and areas of potential upselling (e.g., Re-secure, Breach data FlyTipping).
* Review inspection issue reports to identify upselling opportunities and resolve property issues that pose an immediate risk to property status.
* Implement targeted communication plans to engage customers during seasonal campaigns or events.
* Support seasonal campaigns to drive revenue, such as drain downs during winter, dark night campaigns for increased security, and other risk-based initiatives like horse fairs and planned events.
Who are we looking for?
* Sales experience with high-volume outbound calls and proven success in outbound call environments.
* Account management and development skills.
* Understanding of factors influencing customer satisfaction and the importance of delivering outstanding service.
* Ability to work collaboratively with operational colleagues to enhance the customer journey.
* Strong interpersonal, oral, written, and listening communication skills.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and multi-task effectively.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
