I'm recruiting for an experienced M&E Site Supervisor to join a leading Tier 1 contractor on the National Grid framework. This role is based on a substation project in Swansea and offers a 6-month CIS contract with strong potential for extension.
The Role
You'll oversee the delivery of M&E works on-site, ensuring full compliance with National Grid procedures, safety standards, and permit systems. This is a key role requiring strong coordination, supervision, and safety leadership.
Responsibilities
* Supervising M&E packages and daily site operations
* Managing subcontractors and direct labour
* Ensuring all work is delivered in line with National Grid safety protocols
* Managing permits, RAMS, and all site documentation
* Liaising with engineers and the wider project team
* Maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
Requirements (Essential)
1. Valid National Grid Person's Ticket (NGP)
2. Proven experience delivering M&E works on National Grid or similar regulated power frameworks
