Job title: Quality, Performance & Audit Administrator
Location: CSS Office, Halifax
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday only
Salary: £25,734.80/pa
Please note that CSS employees are paid weekly.

Community Support Services (CSS) is a leading service, delivering a variety of needs-led quality support services for people with additional support needs. Our service provides support to people with varying degrees of abilities within settings such as the person's own home, education facilities, supported living schemes, day services and community settings throughout Calderdale.
The role
We are seeking a quality focused, proactive Quality, Performance & Audit Administrator to join our team at the CSS head office in Halifax. The aim of this role is:
To ensure all quality performance and audit procedures are adhered to within the company.
To ensure the systematic examination of quality systems is completed and reported to internal and external personnel where applicable.
To support the Compliance and Administration Manager and Senior Management team to ensure the smooth running and compliance of all systems and processes relating to administration and company practices.
