Accounts Outsourcing Director
to lead its expanding function in Cambridge.

Your remit
Lead and grow the firms accounts outsourcing function in Cambridge, with full responsibility for strategic direction, operational delivery, and team leadership.
Drive business development - identifying opportunities to grow the client base and strengthen commercial outcomes.
Build and support a high-performing team; recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent.
Oversee delivery of services across management accounts, cloud-based bookkeeping, payroll, and other finance support solutions.
Collaborate with peers and partners to align with broader firm strategy, ensuring cross-functional success and a joined-up client experience.
Take a visible role in the market, supporting the firms profile and reputation in the region.
Youll bring
Significant experience in outsourced accounting / management accounts / finance operations, whether in a practice environment or a senior in-house leadership role.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple client relationships with a high level of commercial awareness.
The confidence and credibility to act as a senior adviser to clients and colleagues alike.
A proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
Strong technical understanding and a good grasp of how technology is shaping modern finance delivery.
