The Role As a Senior Planner, you'll play a key role in managing and delivering a wide range of planning projects - from initial appraisal to submission and approval. You'll have the chance to work with experts across related disciplines, including: Urban Design & Masterplanning Transport & Infrastructure Architecture & Environmental Services Sustainability & Engineering You'll be responsible for: Providing commercial planning advice to clients across a variety of sectors. Preparing and submitting high-quality planning applications and reports. Managing external consultants and multidisciplinary project teams. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Engaging proactively with local planning authorities and key stakeholders. You'll be supported by senior colleagues but also given the opportunity to lead smaller projects independently as you develop. About You We're looking for someone who is: RTPI qualified (or working towards chartership) with a degree in Town Planning or a related subject. Experienced - ideally with at least 3 years' post-graduate experience in planning (private or public sector). Confident in client-facing situations, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Passionate about delivering high-quality work and building strong professional relationships.
