Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.
KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets across six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offers challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.
KBR is looking to recruit a Business Case Manager on a 12-month contract based in Cumbria, with occasional travel to other sites in Warrington.

Responsibilities
* Engage with the stakeholder community to understand requirements and build consensus on the business case, drawing on SME expertise where possible
* Undertake analysis to create models that underpin the financial and economic cases
* Shape the structure of the Business Case in line with Green Book guidelines
* Resolve, and where appropriate escalate, key issues
* Generate modelling analysis and create support material to allow the project to make informed decisions and develop Business Cases, especially the Financial and Economic Cases
* Work with stakeholders to establish ‘as is’ baseline and the ‘to be’ position; identify deltas and key options for consideration, capturing benefits, risks, and key sensitivities
* Drive the management of all reporting related to options, ensuring clarity and confidence through written or verbal presentations
Experience / Skills / Knowledge
* Proven analytical and sceptical mindset with the ability to model solutions to complex problems
* Experience delivering Business Case analysis for complex projects and programmes
* Gravitas to confidently present recommendations and influence decision-making to drive value for money
* Understanding of non-financial benefits, specifically sustainability and social value
* Innovative approach when data is lacking or stakeholder buy-in is limited
* Ability to work at pace and under pressure to deliver trusted analysis and insights
* Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
* Ability to analyze data and present insights effectively, e.g., using Tableau or PowerBI
* Knowledge of financial indicators like RoI, IRR, NPV, and understanding of P&L and Cashflow operations
* Assist in implementing and maintaining a Return on Investment view linked to Benefits Realisation
* Understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, processes, and requirements, and how to apply them
