We’re looking for Site Technicians to join our expanding team. No prior experience is needed – just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to work both outdoors and in a laboratory environment. What You’ll Be Doing
* Conducting sampling and testing of construction materials (soil, concrete, and aggregates) both on‑site and in the lab✔ Travelling to various sites across Southern England (Company vehicle provided)
* Ensuring all work meets British & European standards
* Maintaining high standards of quality, health & safety✔ Accurately recording test results using tablets or PCs
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members professionally
* Keeping equipment and vehicles well‑maintained and calibrated
What We’re Looking For
* Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
* Basic IT Skills – Ability to input test results via tablet or PC
* Good numeracy & literacy skills – Minimum GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn
* CSCS card (Desirable but not essential – training will be provided)
* Previous experience in construction or laboratory testing (Advantageous but not required)
