FTE: £25,584 - £27,269

the job will also attract additional matrix payments

Within Bury Adult Services we are seeking to employ a Support Worker to work in the Rapid Response Team.

Working for the Rapid Response Team is very rewarding career, as you can make a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults. There will be an induction and training plan in place but previous experience in a similar role is essential.

The Rapid Response Service is a community based short term service that supports adults, including those with complex needs, who are in crisis and require urgent, short-term support.

You will support people in daily living tasks including personal care, and in the use of aids and personal equipment. Working as part of a small team, you will encourage and motivate people and assist them to build their confidence and achieve their personal goals.

Our service operates 24/7 365 days a year.

The shift pattern is Saturday NIGHTS from 8.30pm-06.30am (subject to change if service needs require it)

You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to a vehicle along with the relevant business insurance.

You must currently have the right to work in the UK, and we are not able to offer sponsorship for this role.
