Key Missions

We are currently looking for Finance Manager who join our team in Tewkesbury, UK. The goals are not only related to the processes and numbers, but as well (or maybe we should say above all) connected with people. Our new Finance Manager will have two people directly below him/her, as well as two countries - UK and Norway. If you are the one with experience in reporting management, in role as Finance Manager or Business Controller with the extension to manage people, we are looking exactly for you!

As our new Finance Manager, you will:

1. Ensure compliance with local and Group financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax requirements
2. Oversee core finance functions: reporting, budgeting, forecasting, AP/AR, inventory, and cost control
3. Lead financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning
4. Contribute to tax strategy and ensure adherence to transfer pricing and compliance policies
5. Provide financial guidance to internal stakeholders across departments
6. Support M&A activities, due diligence, and business case development
7. Manage a small UK-based finance team and act as Business Controller for Norway
8. Drive process improvements, transformation initiatives, and internal control enhancements
9. Analyze pricing and profitability to support sustainable growth

To succeed on this position you should have:

10. Fluent English as a must have
11. Experience on similar role - Business Controller, Finance Manager
12. Experience with team management - have a recipe how to work collaboratively
13. Knowledge about taxes in UK, how to deal with effective reporting and prepare to the audits correctly
14. Certificate (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
15. Experience in working with ERP system - preferrably with AX and D365
16. Education: related to the finance field

The role is located in Tewkesbury, UK and in the hybryd model of working with 3 days per week at the office (Alexandra Way, Ashchurch Business Centre Gloucestershire).
