Finance Officer (Part-Time, Temporary)
East Leeds 1012 hours per week £15£16 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Charity Recruit is working with a well-established community-based charity in East Leeds to source an experienced Finance Officer on a temporary basis.
This is a hands-on role supporting a busy organisation with day-to-day financial processes and year-end preparation. The position is office-based and would suit someone looking for part-time hours, potentially alongside other roles.
Key responsibilities:
* Processing financial transactions and maintaining accurate records
* Matching and inputting financial data
* Supporting year-end activities
* Working with accounting software (QuickBooks)
* Ensuring compliance with financial procedures
About you:
* Experience in a finance role, ideally within the charity or not-for-profit sector
* Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
* Able to work independently and manage your own workload
* Available to start at short notice
This is an immediate requirement, with an initial contract of 13 months and potential for longer-term opportunities.
