Contract Type: Relief for 2 months, possible extension to contract
Location: Derby LIVE across all Derby Live Events spaces (Derby Arena, Market Place, Parks and other venues)
Post starting date will be 24th November 2025 (start date will be confirmed to successful candidates)
Derby LIVE is looking to expand its team of Relief Front of House Assistants to help with the stewarding and customer experience for Derby LIVE indoor and outdoor Events. This is a Relief contract to cover our programme over this busy period. You will be working on Derby Market Place covering the events and ice rink, and at Derby Arena covering the pantomime.
You will assist in a number of ways to ensure that customers have a fantastic experience: Working on the ice rink, festive Derby and the Pantomime, checking tickets, answering queries, seating customers, selling programmes and Merchandise, assisting in evacuation and preparing the Venues for customers before and after Events and Performances (including picking up litter, straightening chairs, putting out advertising)

You must have:
Good communication skills, excellent customer service skills, be able to interact with a wide and diverse range of people and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
You must be able to work well under pressure, have a flexible approach to working times including days, evenings, and weekends.
You will receive training in all aspects of the role.
