Specialist Physiotherapist - Musculoskeletal Outpatients Rotational

Overview
There is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our musculoskeletal physiotherapy team covering rotations across all six MSK sites including persistent pain, upper and lower limb, rehabilitation, acute injuries and spinal conditions. The role offers exposure to a range of MSK rotations and encourages service development through innovation and teamwork.
Responsibilities
* Comprehensive assessment and identification of patient problems, including complex presentations.
* Develop highly specialised treatment plans grounded in evidence‑based practice.
* Work independently as part of the MSK OP team while supporting service development.
* Provide supervision to colleagues and training to students and graduate staff.
* Deliver care across all six MSK sites, including persistent pain, upper/lower limb, rehabilitation, acute injuries and spinal services.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.
* HCPC registered physiotherapist.
* Evidence of broad NHS experience, especially within musculoskeletal physiotherapy and acute injury management.
Knowledge & Experience
* Knowledge of NHS health systems and procedures.
* Experience in Band 5 and Band 6 rotations, including orthopaedic and respiratory settings.
* On‑call competencies.
* Specialist MSK interest/development.
Skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Welsh language skills (Level 3 / CEFR B2) desirable.
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service check under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975.
