At Hayhill Developments, we’re a small team with a big focus on building good homes in great places. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Adviser to join us, someone who’s friendly, reliable, and happy to guide buyers through the process in a way that feels clear, relaxed, and supportive.
What You’ll Do:
* Be the face of the development, greeting prospective buyers and guiding them through the full sales journey, from first visit to handover
* Manage on-site presentation and ensure our developments always look their best
* Respond to enquiries and follow up with potential buyers (email, phone, in-person)
* Build genuine relationships with clients and provide clear, helpful information at every stage
* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and internal teams to progress sales smoothly
* Keep plot sales and client updates accurate and up to date
* Work closely with the existing sales team and wider Hayhill construction team to continuously improve the buyer experience
What You’ll Bring:
* Previous experience in new home sales
* A confident, calm and friendly approach able to build trust quickly with all types of buyers
* Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for presentation and detail
* Comfortable working independently and part of a team
* A clean driving licence and access to a car (travel between sites required)
* Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays (Days of work: Thursday to Monday)
