Key Responsibilities Uploading and maintaining digital files and records Organising and archiving documents (paper and electronic) Retrieving and distributing files across teams Checking and updating documentation for accuracy Scanning and verifying document quality Processing data requests and tracking document usage Supporting improvements to filing systems General data entry, typing, and admin support Knowledge & Experience: Office or clerical experience Familiarity with file management systems (desirable) Skills: Strong organisation and attention to detail Good data entry and MS Office skills Discretion and confidentiality Effective communication skills Qualifications: High school education (or equivalent) – Expected Basic MS Office knowledge – Expected Safety Responsible for maintaining high standards of safety, health, and environment (SHE), following all procedures and reporting hazards.
