Administration Team Manager

We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an exceptional Admin Team Manager to lead a team of busy administrators and manage the office facilities.

Administration Team Manager Responsibilities

Managing, supporting, and developing a busy team of administrators
Maintaining the office facilities
Organising company activities including staff and partner meetings, and social events
Budgeting
Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks

Administration Team Manager Experience Essentials

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and proactive people manager with a proven track record of leading teams, setting priorities, and developing staff. They will possess strong organisational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and a clear understanding of the importance of discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint is essential.

Administration Team Manager Location

Our client is based in North Oxford. The role is hybrid with a minimum of 2 days in the office, as well as the last Friday of every month.

This is a full time, permanent role.
