Job Description
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising roles and coordinating interviews.
4. Provide advice and support to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
5. Ensure compliance with employment regulations and organisational policies.
6. Develop and maintain job descriptions and person specifications.
7. Collaborate with the HR team to enhance candidate experiences.
8. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
9. Support onboarding processes for new hires.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Advisor should have:
