What You’ll Be Doing:
* Supporting pupils in class to stay focused and make progress
* Working 1:1 or in small groups with children who need extra support (SEN experience is a big bonus)
* Helping teachers set up and deliver engaging lessons
* Encouraging positive behaviour and building pupils’ confidence
* Being a reliable, friendly presence that children can count on
