We want to make sure you get the most from your time with us. That’s why once you join we’ll work out ambitious but achievable goals for you. Then through the support of a buddy and regular reviews with your manager, we’ll help you achieve them.
The Role:
During your 12-month placement, the role will provide broad marketing experience supporting one of our Marketing teams. You will have the opportunity to work as part of one of the teams responsible for our iconic brands, working closely with many functions internal functions and external agencies.
Your year could include:
1. Innovation projects – work supporting the team in launching to the market big projects and even being directly responsible to lead smaller new products and promotions. This will contribute to develop commercial skills, lead P&Ls and work with factories and R&D to develop new great tasting products
2. Communication campaigns - support on great award-winning communication campaigns with the opportunity to lead social, PR and internal events for example
3. In-store activation – work with other internal departments to bring the brand campaigns to life in store
4. Analysis /Strategy – support the marketing team by understanding and analysing consumer insights, brand performance and competitive landscape
What we look for:

Candidate requirements:
5. 2:2 degree or equivalent (predicted or achieved)
6. Studying a relevant discipline, i.e. Business, Marketing or similar
Starting salary:£25,000
This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Therefore, we are unable to consider applicants who require sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.
Closing date for applications will be midday Monday 6th January 2026.
We will be holding our final stage assessment centre for this role in-person at our Bournville offices in February 2026. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
