Responsible for managing activity within the apprenticeship services team to ensure robust CEIAG and onboarding is given to all prospective apprentices. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely transition of leads to enrolled apprentices whilst providing an outstanding and engaging onboarding process. Responsible for ensuring all documentation and contracts are audit compliant whilst supporting employers with DAS.
Role Information
Main duties and responsibilities
* Line management of Vocational Skills Advisors and Enrolment Officers ensuring all KPIs are monitored and achieved.
* Carry out quality assurance and compliance activities for team members to ensure strong and effective onboarding for apprentices.
* Manage the onboarding process to ensure systems and processes are able to facilitate planned growth within the apprenticeship division.
* Receiving, quality checking and processing of all apprenticeship referrals in line with agreed processes and timescales
* Produce reports for internal stakeholders to enable analysis of performance and capacity with recommendations.
* Manage relevant platforms relating to onboarding and carry out training for users.
* Provide information, advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
* Implement systems, processes and infrastructure to support the effective management of DAS ensuring data locks, queries and errors are resolved timely.
* Undertake professional development activities appropriate to your role and future development
* Promote equal opportunities and recognition of diversity throughout the company.
* Undertake such duties as may be required commensurate with the level of responsibility and nature of the job in discussion with your line manager
