Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and schedule engineers and maintenance works. * Manage engineer diaries and allocate resources effectively. * Handle procurement of materials, liaising with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and timely delivery. * Provide administrative support including job logging, record keeping, and reporting. * Assist in preparing quotations and estimating works (training provided). * Gain exposure to basic CAD work as part of career development. About You: * Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail. * Confident communicator, able to liaise with engineers, suppliers, and clients. * Proactive, eager to learn, and motivated to progress in the role. * Basic IT skills required; experience with scheduling or CAFM systems is beneficial but not essential. * Interest in developing technical knowledge (estimating/CAD training provided).
