We are representing a leading technology provider specialising in delivering solutions to manufacturing businesses specialising in MRP software Tricorn and supporting applications. This position is ideal for you if you have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and enjoy working in partnership with clients and project delivery teams to deliver software demonstrations, implementing solutions and providing hands-on training. This role involves taking ownership of customer onboarding and product delivery with manufacturing clients, in a controlled project environment. Building strong relationships with the customers from the get-go and ensuring effective communication is always maintained through to the effective handover of customers into our support function
* Have a high standard of understanding of the companies implementation process, delivering repeatable projects to highly satisfied customers and within the project timescales/deadlines.
* Adhered to standard operating procedures to drive successful software implementations.
* Create & manage customised project plans that are client-specific and provide continuous oversight of project assignments, capacity planning, project profitability, & customer success goals.
* Provide the implementation manager with information required for the sales & marketing teams to develop and deliver successful customer implementations and grow customer accounts.
* Have a strong understanding of the product and development projects to ensure delivery of services to new & existing clients.
* Gaining a strong understanding of the customer digitisation journey and from this becoming highly confident in training customers through their project and beyond.
* Highlighting any business risks that could delay the customers agreed timescales.
* Recording any lessons learnt from customers so can make continuous improvements to your service.
* Any other Ad Hoc Implementation team activities/tasks
* Demonstrates leadership skills in supporting customers with their end goal.
* Effective communication style and skills in customer management.
* Achieve KPI’s throughout the month in supporting continuous improvement.
* Proven experience with establishing customer focused KPIs with the goals of meeting & exceeding customer satisfaction.
* A creative problem solver, you are adept at adapting to emerging issues and resolving them efficiently or escalating them as appropriate.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple short lifecycle implementation projects.
* Proficient in the use of collaborative software tools such as MS Teams and Monday .com
* Ability to deliver customer demos.
* Good knowledge of SQL and report writing
