Head of Family – Senior Leadership Opportunity
A well-established and respected law firm in Worcester is seeking an experienced Head of Family to lead and develop its Family Law department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior Family Solicitor looking to take on a strategic leadership role within a supportive and growing firm. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the department, mentoring team members, and continuing to build the firm’s strong reputation in family law.
The Role

* Leading and managing the Family Law department

* Handling a varied caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children work
\t
* Supervising and mentoring junior members of the team
\t
* Contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the department and wider firm
The Ideal Candidate
\t
* Qualified Family Solicitor with substantial experience in private family law
\t
* Previous leadership or supervisory experience is desirable
\t
* Strong technical knowledge and excellent client care skills
\t
* Ambitious, commercially aware, and motivated to grow a department
