Overview

Showroom Sales Manager role at TieTalent. A results-driven position focused on growing and delivering sales as part of a branch team.


Key Responsibilities

* Create and maintain a loyal customer base through proactive engagement, building rapport and generating new and repeat business.
* Manage the end-to-end sales journey for customers, prioritising their wants and needs to help them achieve the bathroom of their dreams.
* Collaborate with in-branch colleagues to build relationships and cross-sell to current trade customers.
* Increase local showroom visibility with creative strategies to highlight the service offered.
* Strive to make the showroom the best by anticipating and exceeding customer needs.
* Previous sales experience in a similar environment is preferable, but the right positive attitude is more important.
