Are you a native Spanish speaker with excellent spoken and written English skills? Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a background in contact centre work? We're looking for someone just like you to join our team.
We're an established UK insurance brand, now expanding into the Spanish market. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a brand-new initiative - supporting Spanish-speaking customers on their insurance journey, while also assisting our UK customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Spanish-speaking customers (primarily older individuals or those with pre-existing medical conditions) looking to purchase or manage travel insurance policies.
Handle inbound phone and webchat enquiries from both Spanish and English customers.
Accurately quote, sell, and service insurance policies, ensuring compliance and clarity - especially regarding complex medical conditions.
Deliver exceptional customer experiences, offering reassurance, clear guidance, and efficient service at every stage of the customer journey.
