Acting as an extension of their recruitment teams, we connect them with skilled interim and temporary professionals, fostering workplaces where everyone can contribute and succeed.On behalf of our globally respected clientRolls-Royce, who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs, we are looking for aSupport Service Group (SSG) Team Memberaligned to the CDC business for a12-month contractbased inDerby .As an SSG Team Member, youll play a vital role in supporting engine operations across the PTF facility, working a4-shift pattern(12-hour shifts) to ensure the smooth movement, inspection, and dispatch of engine components.What youll be doing as an SSG Team Member:Support facility operations and collaborate with local management on daily tasks.Transport kitting media and engine components in and out of the facility.Operate forklifts and other powered equipment to move tooling and lifting gear.Assist with cleaning, bagging, and dispatching engine stands.Perform final cleaning and packaging of finished engines.Carry out basic maintenance and inspection of tooling.What we are looking for from an SSG Team Member:A professional and flexible can-do attitude with strong communication skills.Attention to detail and ability to raise issues appropriately.Accredited forklift training and a valid license.Familiarity with safety-critical products and procedures is a plus.Driver trainer accreditation or heavy-duty forklift experience would be advantageous.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.Next steps:We will only accept workers operating via an Umbrella or PAYE engagement model.If you are interested in applying for this position and meet the criteria outlined above, please click the link to apply and we will contact you with an update in due course.AMS, a Recruitment Process Outsourcing Company, may in the delivery of some of its services be deemed to operate as an Employment Agency or an Employment Business.TPBN1_UKTJ
