Job Opportunity: CRM Platform Specialist
Oakhouse is seeking a technically-minded CRM Platform Specialist to take ownership of the development, optimisation, and integration of our HubSpot CRM platform. This role is central to ensuring HubSpot operates efficiently across the business, connects seamlessly with other systems, and delivers accurate, actionable insights to support data-driven decision making.
You'll work closely with sales, customer service, marketing, and franchise operations - not as a campaign executor, but as the technical expert who ensures HubSpot is structured, automated, and integrated to meet business needs. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, data quality, and the ability of teams to make smarter, faster decisions.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex CRM challenges, building and managing integrations, and turning data into actionable insights.
