Your responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver structural design work in compliance with current codes and standards.
* Contribute to a variety of projects including education (schools, colleges, universities), commercial, residential, industrial, petrochemical, food, and energy sectors.
* Oversee the production of detailed technical drawings, calculations, and specifications.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Mentor junior engineers and uphold high technical standards across projects.
* Build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
About you:
* Proactive, self-motivated, and an enthusiastic team player.
* Educated to degree level (BEng in Civil or Structural Engineering); a Master's degree is advantageous.
* Experienced (minimum 3 years) in civil and structural engineering, ideally across diverse, complex projects.
* Working towards Chartered status with a relevant institution (e.g., ICE or IStructE).
* Proficient in structural design and analysis software.
* Knowledgeable about current codes, standards, and industry regulations.
* An excellent communicator - both verbal and written.
* A holder of a full UK driving licence.
