Responsibilities
* Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 1 year PQE in managing their own caseload of matters on behalf of a diverse client base.
* Confident and capable of completing the whole conveyancing process from start to finish.
* Managing a varied caseload of residential property matters including transfer of equity, re‑mortgaging, new developments and sales and purchases.
* Exhibit excellent drafting and technical skills and enthusiasm for business development and networking activities.
* May be based in the region or be originating from the area and looking to return.
