The role is ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, or experienced support staff looking to build a rewarding career in education.\n\nKey responsibilities:\n• Support the class teacher in delivering lessons and maintaining a structured, positive learning environment\n• Lead small group interventions and booster sessions to help students who require additional support\n• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain engaged and focused\n• Adapt your support approach to meet the needs of individual learners, including those with additional needs\n\nAbout you:\n• A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in secondary education\n• Experience working with young people (in school, youth work, tutoring, or SEN settings is a bonus)\n• Patience, confidence, and excellent communication skills\n• A valid DBS or willingness to undergo safeguarding checks\n\nWhy work via Teach Now?\nTeach Now are a widely recognised education recruitment company.
