Responsibilities
* Extensive diary management, organising meetings and visits, ensuring relevant attendance, preparation of collateral for meetings, take minutes as required, cascade and chase actions where appropriate
* Review incoming email / correspondence and, where appropriate, action and respond independently
* Compile reports and liaise directly with contributors to ensure timely submission
* Plan and review the commitments and reporting schedules to assist in meeting internal and external commitments, as well as delivery of goals and initiatives
* Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
* Reminders of important tasks and deadlines
* Writing correspondence
* Delivering a balanced budget for the Administration budget
* Maintaining databases and keeping filing up to date
* Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
* Liaising with staff and suppliers, building up a network of contacts
* Collating and filing expenses
* Managing any personal admin that may arise
* Shared Services Accountabilities: delivery of the Trust\'s annual staff, student, and parent surveys (including liaison with third party consultants), analysis of outputs and synthesis of key actions to Trust SLG and wider staff
* Coordination of the annual Trust calendar
* Coordination and delivery of Communications and Visibility plan with Head of Marketing and Communications
* Supporting events, including Shared Services CPD Days, and participating in the annual conference planning team
* Relationship development with external stakeholders
* Act as Trust Complaints Lead, ensuring data logging accuracy and that appropriate training is made available
* Delivering a balanced budget for the Administration budget
* Ensuring all Trust policies are catalogued and formatted correctly, working with the Company Secretary and policyholders to review as per schedule
* Amend and update the annual Staff Handbook
* Ensure that all Senior and Executive level staff are appropriately onboarded with an induction plan, in collaboration with the People Team
* Other / Miscellaneous projects as priorities require, e.g., reporting requirements, research
* Attend training, updates, and network meetings as appropriate
* Provide support to members of the MET Admin team and collaborate with other team members to deliver all MET Admin activities
* Any other duties within the scope of the post as allocated after consultation with the postholder
