Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Grangemouth
Contract: Full-Time, Office-Based, Initial 8-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with strong potential to become permanent)
Our client is looking to appoint an Office Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of their operations.
This is a varied administrative role supporting both office and project teams. The successful candidate will play a key part in coordinating day-to-day activities, supporting project logistics, and ensuring everything is organised and running efficiently behind the scenes.
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties, including planning travel and accommodation for staff, managing schedules, supporting general office coordination, and assisting with project-related documentation as required.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across the office and wider team
Book and coordinate travel and accommodation for staff working on projects
Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling for internal teams
Support project planning and logistics, ensuring resources are organised effectively
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Assist with preparing and organising project documentation where required
Ensure information is shared accurately across teams and stakeholders
Support the continuous improvement of administrative processes and systems
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (construction experience beneficial but not essential)
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident using Microsoft Office and general office systems
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy environment
