Exciting opportunities have arisen to join our teams at Airdrie Town Hall and various locations throughout North Lanarkshire, providing front-of-house support for arts and entertainment events.
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to assist the management team in delivering excellent frontline customer care and safety at events and shows, including theatrical performances, conferences, award ceremonies, concerts, pantomimes, and more.
Based at Airdrie Town Hall and other locations across North Lanarkshire, the post holders will report to the Customer Service Manager.
Reporting to the Front of House Supervisor, your main duties will include providing excellent customer care, ensuring public safety, handling customer inquiries, ticket sales, and merchandise sales. On-the-job training will be provided.
You should have previous customer service experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
These casual roles have no fixed hours or working patterns, but applicants should be willing to work during daytime, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and attend training sessions.

*For casual/sessional roles, you will receive 12.1% of your hourly rate for each hour worked, compensating for annual leave and public holidays. Payments are made separately on your payslip, and you will be paid only for hours worked.
