A leading consultancy, working on behalf of a clean energy contractor, is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a major steam generation facility project in Barrow-in-Furness. This role focuses on managing and preparing claims on behalf of the client within an NEC contract environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage claims on the client’s behalf
* Operate within the NEC contract framework
* Engage with stakeholders and support dispute resolution
* Be onsite 3 days per week as part of a full-time role
Requirements:
* Strong background in NEC contracts
* Solid experience in client-side claims management
* Confident communicator with attention to detail
