You’ll be: Managing live vacancies with active clients - no cold calls, no starting from scratch. Sourcing and interviewing candidates in the Maintenance Engineering market, where skilled talent is in high demand. Working alongside an experienced Business Development Manager, who handles the client relationships and brings in the roles. Providing market insights to clients and supporting account development. You’ll likely have at least 12 months in a recruitment role, and you’ve discovered that your real strengths lie in the candidate relationship side.
