BD Manager position in a London Private Wealth law firm. Growth role! Initial 18-month FTC, that will ideally go perm! London based with hybrid working.
We are working with a London law firm, who are specialists in Private Wealth, and have some fantastic historic clients that they have worked since they were founded. Under a new BD Director, who is taking the firm’s BD in a new strategic direction, they are seeking a new BD Manager, to focus on their Real Estate work, as well as supporting on a few smaller practices.
This is an initial 18-month FTC, with the hope of it eventually going perm! It’s a great opportunity for someone to really come in and make a role their own! The role will work alongside the BD Manager for Private Wealth, and a BD Executive, and there is also support across marketing and comms in the team.
The BD Manager will:
* Provide strategic BD advice for the transactional groups;
* Identify client growth opportunities and encourage cross selling;
* Grow intermediary and referral relationships;
* Deliver BD coaching and encourage best practice;
* Produce high quality directory submissions;
* Lead on pitches with fee earners;
* Work with the marketing team on events and campaigns.
The firm is looking for a credible BD professional who can drive change. Ideally you will have experience within legal or comparable professional services. Experience of targeting the Real Estate sector or working in a similar transactional practice would be highly beneficial.
