You will play a vital role in supporting their emotional, physical, and social development, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day care and supervision for children and young people aged 5-18. Support children with emotional and behavioural needs, including those with trauma backgrounds. Assist with daily routines such as meals, hygiene, school runs, and recreational activities. Build trusting relationships and act as a positive role model. Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans and reviews. Work collaboratively with social workers, therapists, and other professionals.
