About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Operative to join our Kitchen and Bathroom team, working on Kitchen and Bathroom installations. Ensuring our clients receive high levels of service and satisfaction.

Duties:
1. Installing and adjusting kitchen units, worktops, and cupboard doors
2. Identifying and fixing minor plumbing issues at point of installation
3. Completing wall and floor tiling repairs, including grouting and sealing
4. Painting and decorating to a professional finish following repair works
5. Ensuring all installations and repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
6. Working in occupied properties with sensitivity to residents’ needs and privacy
7. Participating in out-of-hours emergency repair rota once a month
8. Reporting any further works, safeguarding concerns, or property issues beyond scope
9. Deliver excellent customer service while working in residents' homes
10. Accurately record job details, materials used, and completion notes using handheld devices or job sheets
11. Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good working order
12. Manage daily workload efficiently to meet service level targets
Key Criteria:
13. Extensive “on the job” Kitchen and Bathroom experience
14. Full UK driving licence
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and manage workload effectively
16. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
17. Excellent customer service skills, with experience working in occupied homes
18. Good understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices
19. Ability to use handheld devices or job management systems to record work
20. Willingness to participate in out-of-hours emergency rota
21. Ideally previous domestic, social housing experience
22. A qualification in a core trade, NVQ Level 2 or City and Guilds equivalent would be an advantage but not essential
