You’ll join a Dispute Resolution team, working closely with a recognised Commercial Litigation Partner on: Complex, high-value disputes Multi-jurisdictional matters Strategically significant client issues You won’t sit on the sidelines — you’ll take ownership, shape strategy, and build real client relationships. What You’ll Do You’ll manage a varied and high-quality caseload, including: Complex commercial contract disputes Shareholder and corporate disputes Injunctions and urgent applications Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional matters Insolvency-related and regulatory disputes Alongside this, you’ll: Run matters from initial instruction through to resolution Work directly with clients, directors, and stakeholders Contribute to strategy on high-value disputes Support and mentor junior lawyers as you progress Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (5–8 PQE) who: Is confident running matters but wants greater exposure and responsibility Is commercially minded and comfortable advising clients directly Is starting to think about long-term progression and positioning Values collaboration, consistency, and quality of work over volume What We Offer Progression - A clear, structured framework with a defined path — not left to chance.
