We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealer in Cambridge for the position of Service Advisor.

5. Strong bonus scheme with an overall OTE of £37,000
Duties include:
6. Greeting customers both face-to-face and over the phone
7. Advising on vehicle repairs and service options
8. Managing workshop scheduling and customer expectations
9. Up-selling services and parts
10. Maintaining excellent customer relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Candidate requirements:
11. Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor within the automotive industry
12. Strong communication and organisational skills
13. Customer-focused approach with professional demeanour
14. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
