Responsibilities
* Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, and other beauty services, to meet the needs and preferences of guests
* Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their health history, concerns, and treatment goals, providing personalised recommendations and ensuring guest satisfaction
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations
* Promote spa products, services, and packages to guests, providing information and recommendations as needed
* Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests
* Collaborate with other spa team members and departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of guest services
Requirements
* Certified Spa Therapist with recognized qualifications
* Previous experience in a spa therapist role, preferably in a luxury spa or resort environment
* Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare treatments, and spa therapies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
