Job Title: Accounts/Finance Assistant Location: Coulsdon, Surrey Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, Office-Based (No Hybrid Working) Job Description: Our client, a reputable and growing financial company based in Coulsdon, is looking for an experienced Accounts/Finance Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for finance, and at least 12–18 months of commercial experience in an accounts role. Key Responsibilities: * Supporting daily operations of the finance department * Processing invoices, payments, and staff expenses * Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts * Assisting with month-end reporting and procedures * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records * Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other internal departments Requirements: * 12–18 months of experience in a commercial finance/accounts environment * Proficient in Sage accounting software * Strong numeracy and attention to detail * Good Excel skills and general IT proficiency * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work What’s On Offer: * Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) * Full-time, permanent position * Friendly and supportive working environment * Office-based role in Coulsdon with good transport links Please Note: This is a full-time, on-site role.
