We're looking for a Information Coordinator (Document Controller) to join our Construction team in Wales.
Location: Cardiff, South Wales
Contract: Permanent, full-time
What will you be responsible for?
As an Information Coordinator (Document Controller), you'll be supporting the Western and Wales region of the business.
Your day to day will include:
* Downloading and publishing documents in accordance with project procedures.
* Expediting late documentation from the clients and consultants.
* Assisting the team with internal document reviews.
* Providing weekly reports on the status of all documentation.
* Publishing Kier produced information to the CDE, in line with the agreed document control protocol.
What are we looking for?
This role is great for you if you:
* Have worked within a main contractor environment within construction.
* Enjoy working with systems and proposing new ways of working.
* Can run and present reports when required.
* Have previous experience with an EDMS (BIM Extra or 4 Projects).
* You must be highly organised, be able to manage your own workload and work well under pressure.
