We are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst for a Public Sector organisation to work on a fixed term contract till the end of November 2026.
Your main role will be to support the HR and Finance Systems Programme Manager and the iTrent project team in the transformation and modernisation of the HR and Payroll service through the replacement of the existing Oracle system with iTrent and the development of robust and efficient processes.
You will provide a business analysis services to support the decision making process by applying business analysis techniques and tools. You will also work with a wide range of stakeholders to document, improve and design effective business processes across HR and Payroll, with a focus on efficiency and value for money to enable the planning and successful implementation of new iTrent system.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Past experience in a Business Analyst role
Strong process mapping and UAT skills
Experience working on service design and information management system based projects
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, organisation and analysis skills It would be highly desirable to have experience in:
iTrent
HR and Payroll Systems and processes
